You have my sympathy. My Wisconsin lease is a m2m and I can give a 30 day notice for them to move out just because and they can give the same to me with no reasons for doing so.

If your lease said no pets when she was looking in the first place you probably would not have rented to her or you can raise the rent but you have to give her at leaset 30 day notice if you have a m2m.

Psychiatrist or not you may still have that to fall back on.
