Hi Nicole, what does a 'waiver of notice' clause say and how does it come into play? I've been using a pretty standard lease for many years, but situations like what this guy is describing are scary, and if this clause would help, maybe I should add it to my lease...
I have been very fortunate that my relatively stringent qualification process has given me good tenants over the years, but even someone who starts off good can end up giving LL a problem...
