Kwickset Smartkey locks are all that I use. It takes literally 30 seconds to rekey them and makes turnover lock changes a BREEZE!

Worrying about tenants rekeying them is absurd. They could just as easily change any ordinary lock out themselves if they so choose. Tenants rarely know about this technology because they're tenants. They don't need to shop for things like this.

These have saved me so much time and money over the years
