You as the Landlord, are responsible for all things having to do with Mother Nature. That means getting rid of ANY KIND of pest-----ants, bees, birds, bats, snakes, squirrels, mice, raccoons, etc. Call an extermination company to get rid of them. That is, unless, you are willing to get stung multiple times yourself, or possibly your Ts get stung, because you didn't handle it right, and they decide to sue you.

Growing grass, blowing leaves, and unkempt hedges are "Mother nature". So does that mean if I don't take care of my tenants' yards, they're going to sue me?! Idiot.
