A caution about stick tiles... I used them in my own home, got the best ones, the highest rated, etc etc and I installed them myself according to specific directions and they looked great for a few years, then the edges on the corners started lifting up. They were NOT exposed to water or other liquids.

I hired someone to tear them all out and install sheet vinyl.
