Check up on LPAs Credit Reporting Service - Landlord Forum thread 358394

Check up on LPAs Credit Reporting Service by Albert on August 9, 2018 @23:05

I've used LPAs Debt/Credit Bureau Reporting service on a couple of past Tenants, and was just curious when using this, do we get some type of notification from LPA (or possibly one/all of the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies) that their credit was affected? I'm guessing it will take AT LEAST 30 days for us to see anything, and not 100% sure we are allowed to pull a PAST Tenant's Credit Report once they have moved out (?) ... but just curious if anyone has used this LPA service and how/if you were given notification that it has actually gone through and shown up on the Tenant's Credit. Thank you. -AL

I usually get an email confirmation a few days after faxing the posting.
The report only goes to transunion.

I have not heard anything from my deadbeat tenants but a friend of mine got paid on at least two debts reported.

BTW there is no percentage due LPA. Good deal.

Yes, what Jim said.
