Military town.......good resource for tenants on active duty as assigned there. Good housing for service people is a win win. If your units are nice and at market rents, the off base housing office should help you. Military are good tenants, as they are held to a higher standard and generally understand the authority process, respect and following dirrections

https://www.ahrn.com/ This site caters to the military, and I've had positive experience getting potential tenants, but because of the way that I advertised, all had pets, and ended up deciding to get houses instead of townhomes. The website attracted PCS (people moving) because they are the ones who want line up a few places to visiting during their paid house-hunting trip or when they first move and are in temporary housing.

I don't think someone's marital status is part of the tenant application.
