You've got to make sure that you're following your state and local law on this one! A lot of states would say that your girlfriend is a tenant, and can't be kicked out of the house. Written and verbal agreements, can count as leases. Also, her simply living there for a duration of time with it being her primary address can also make it a permanent residence. Check with your state law before you go any further!
