Thank you both for the replies.

I, for the most part, I am on the same wavelength of thinking however there are times that I do try to save some as sometimes I'm left holding the bag monetarily with different tenants.

I have decided to allow him to do a little bit of the work at one of the properties that couldn't really harm anyone else's house or himself as it would be very difficult to do. Praying for the right outcome with that but I've decided that I'm most likely going with a licensed outfit doing the other trees at the four other properties.
