If your state allows paperwork to be served by someone other than a constable, here's an idea... Grab a friend and an empty Amazon box (and clipboard) or a bouquet of flowers. Have your friend go to the door and ask for the person you need to serve. If it's an Amazon box or flowers say it requires a signature. Bet they'll identify themselves if they think they're getting something good. Hand them the paperwork and walk away. Women fall for the flower one every time. :)
