If you change from a 1 year renewal, to M2M, ALL other parts of the original lease remain the same, UNLESS you decide to change something(in writing, giving 30 days notice of the change.) The only thing you are changing is the LENGTH of the lease, nothing more.

By the way, you can change a lease, or parts of it, even during a 1 year term, BUT ONLY IF THE T AGREES TO THE CHANGE, IN WRITING.
