Thank you very much for your response.

I totally agree with you, I have filed a motion for reconsideration or dismiss because I was not served.

I told the judge if the tenant could win the case, she could file any lawsuit against anybody and win the case by default judgement, by using an invalid address for the defendant.

I do have proof for my address change.
Her mother filed the lawsuit using her daughter's name.
