If you go there and you win, you get awarded travel expenses??? Also an award is not getting the cash in hand.

Hi Brendan, If I win, I will need to file a counter suit against her to get the payment for my travel expenses. If I don't go there, I worry about the quality of voice and the bias of the judge. Thank you for your response. Steve

Call the courthouse and ask them about phone call be allowed. If they allow it then I would imagine they set it up correctly and judge cant bias against you for using what the court provides.
