Hi Brendan,

If I win, I will need to file a counter suit against her to get the payment for my travel expenses.

If I don't go there, I worry about the quality of voice and the bias of the judge.

    Call the courthouse and ask them about phone call be allowed. If they allow it then I would imagine they set it up correctly and judge cant bias against you for using what the court provides.
