We waived late fees, treat each tenant individually because each of them has different cases. Some of them are working, some are making partial payments. Some struggled on April but find new job on May. My husband called the bank and they will charge interest only but you need to take action call your bank

Similarly, I've just been handling each case as it comes up. So far, I've just had to waive late fees and split the rent due in halfsies on their paydays every 2 weeks on one.
I'm a little worried about the one unit I'm doing that for because for June 2020 that means their rent payments will be on the 12th & the 26th. That means July payments will be on the 10th & the 24th. I haven't looked at a calendar going further but I guess it will have to do for now.
Hopefully it will all work out. They just moved in March 1st so we've got a ways to travel here.
On the other hand, I might have accidentally discovered a creative way to structure future leases. Payments every 2 weeks means 26 payments yearly rather than 12. It works out to an "extra month".
