I served a Permanent notice to cure- fancy language for if they do it again anytime it is a breach...
notice served on 5/22 ( for the personal items blocking the hallway/egress/exit
i knocked on the door in order to ask her to remove her items... on memorial day as we were doing major stair / magnetite repairs
there was no answer so i left
while i was on a different floor the tenant calls out my name and goes from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor and just wearing a towel.
she is recording me on the phone and luckily we had a vancancy for me to jump into, because if I ran out the back to the workers she could have claimed i was a peeping tom or that i assaulted her. I was threatened far beyond the likes of Harvey Weinstien...
