it is in New Hampshire. The Governor enacted two emergency orders. They prohibit eviction of tenants whilw NH ia in a state of emergency.

I do have it in the lease that it is only one room. I can't believe non-residents were involved in moving my things. I called governor's office and expressed my discontent.The front page of the paper had one person who has spent 14,500 trying to get rid of a hold over because she had the house already rented. He exempted business properties such as Bed and Breakfasts and long term vacation rentals from this Order. Seems like the only thing they care about are protecting the rich.

I actually am at the point of selling. Im not in a great position to deal with this in terms of COVID. Thanks again, I wanted to clarify that it was in NH and there are no protections for small landlords.
