My lease end in August, What type of attorney should I hire? I'm very concerned about this topic and I can't keep renting the house without getting paid or at least talking with the tenants. I hope you can help me fix this

You should hire an attorney that has lots of EXPERIENCE in small claims court cases and specifically evictions. Have that attorney send letters to the tenant. No more trying to talk to the T. Your attorney needs to be totally knowledgeable on the current eviction moratorium.
