Ahhhhhhhh,.....the home warranty companies.

Generally, at best you pay your annual premium often for many years without any claims,,,,,maybe a couple of small fix its, but when anything close to a major item comes up,.....its denied as misuse, neglect, lack of Mai tainance,.....of the VERY FAMOUS ------ CORROUSION.

MY FEELING ABOUT THESE MAINTAINCE CONTRACTS IS THAT AT BEST your premium gets you a priority return phone call and perhaps an expedited service call response time, with maybe a ten percent discount off the rack rate for the actual repair.
