I did not mention anything about damages, she is really hard to deal with, hope she will move by March 31 I sent her notice on Feb 15 so she has more time to move. I am thinking she will not pay March rent I think I will loose that rent too because I can’t mention anything about payment.
I just want to have possession of this unit and have it ready for a new tenant

Just as a caution, do not try to re-rent the place until the T is totally out, and you have had a chance to go in and clean and repair any damages she may have left.
