Will have to look up the appliance fix in FL, we fix things as tenant notifies us. We gave them a five day rent credit, still complained.

Hopefully things will settle down now. I think you were fair in handling this situation. An issue came up and you handled it in a timely manner and you rebated them. You did everything correct.
