I am a vendor and would like to bring a new amenity to the apartments in the Los Angeles area, but I’m trying to see how do I get apartment leasing agencies or apartment managers to hear about the amenity. It would be a great amenity to add to their apartments which would make a profit for the apartments as well. I tried going to some of the apartments, but most of the time the apartments don’t have a leasing office, no number listed or the managers automatically turn it down without even hearing what it is exactly.

So what is your new amenity ? Is it so secret that you can't even mention it on this forum. There are 1 or 2 LLs on this forum that are from California. Maybe if you can explain your product to this forum, maybe they will see it, and contact you.
