Good morning everyone!
A tenant who previously lived in one of our properties, recently moved in his brother and their family into the rental property in the middle of the night. He said they we’re visiting for a few days. A couple nights later, he moved out in the same fashion. Now we have a family living in the home with no lease. I approached the new occupant and asked them to leave, they said “we have no place to go”. I approached the idea of rent, and they said “we have no money”. He indicated that they would be staying there until they were forcefully removed (this doesn’t sound like their first time doing this)…. What is the process for this? It can’t be the normal eviction process can it, as there is no lease?
