DO NOT EVER try to insert yourself between a tenant GF/BF relationship ! It will only go badly for YOU. How you FEEL about one tenant over another should NOT MATTER. You are in a LL/T BUSINESS relationship.

Either forget about the whole matter of the BF and live with the current situation, or terminate the lease and make them both move out. A 3rd option is to raise the rent at the end of her lease by a large amount.
