I evicted my tenant. I rented a moving company to put their belongings in storage. If they want their belongings back do they need to pay moving cost? I know they have to pay for the storage, but I’m not sure about moving cost.

If you had to evict them and they didn't retrieve their belongings, I would think so (assuming they want it back). Not a lawyer though so maybe someone could weigh in on the legal aspect.
