Please restate the end of your first sentence to reflect what you actually have for a lease. You need to read and understand your own lease before asking Qs on the internet.

You are getting the terms " service dog " confused with an ESA---an "Emotional Support Animal" They are not the same thing. Anyone can claim to have almost any kind of an ESA. A "Service dog" MUST be specifically trained to physically assist a person. That training usually costs several thousands of $.

You should NOT use "online docs " unless they are specific to your state LL/T laws. Instead of asking what would be the fastest way to get her out on the internet, you should be asking an attorney about the fastest LEGAL way to get her out.
