A tenant left before the end of the lease, and he found his replacement for continuing the lease. I already accepted that.
What should I do to perform the transfer? I am thinking of using the existing lease with that previous tenant and just to write something to indicate the transfer, then what should I say?

Create a new lease for the new tenant. Why complicate things with a transfer/takeover?
