Hello,
We've been using Paypal for years, now they are starting holds on tenants funds, up to 21 days for proof of service. I've opened a help ticket but didn't get any meaningful help.

Any preferred e payments? We like Zelle and Venmo. No costs with Zelle and Venmo may be free though I've heard something about a business charge of 3% like Paypal?

What do you like and what if any costs?

I like zelle and cash app between the two most of my tenants pay that way. Both are "personal" not biz so no fees.
