Thank you so much Gary! Never gone through this before. You are soooo right that I dig a hole for myself badly. After receiving notice, Tenant complained the issue reported earlier still not fixed. In order to fix the issue, I entered the yard and took photos after giving 24 hours notice. Then he complains that I walked around the house and took picture through windows for other purpose......

I guess I shouldn't reply that message to argue anything, is it? Or reply politely to apologize for the confusion, and since he doesn't want me to fix, I would just leave the issue as is to give him time and space for moving? I feel I am so much in need an attorney, but nobody take the case at this moment. sign
