I just have them pay me direct via Zelle, Venmo or CashApp and deal with the partial payments at the time to let them know they are still late. I've stopped using Paypal after 16 years due to them holding payments for no good reason.

I'm tempted to use Zelle but it's the problem of not being able to evict if they make a partial payment. Partial payments will halt and delay an eviction process. A rental payment service allows the option to block partial payments.

Ah, I see the issue and regular electronic collection do not have an option to say full payment required prior to acceptance. Maddening.
