So when someone answers my ad, I sent some pre-screening questions. One of them is the credit score. If the credit score they put down is below my threshold of 720, how would you handle a reply? Currently, I don't answer back but would like to reply out of courtesy..

Sorry, minimum threshold is 650 not 720.
