When I do raise the rent the question is how much. Right now I am 400 below the comps. (one of the people who owns many buildings decided to raise rents over 400 in one month, lets not go there cause that was not me)

I have debating how much to raise it. I just did a chart to see what it will be.

I can you this other landlords are really passing the tax increase along to the tenates and doing it big time. like over 200 rent increase. I am thinking a 96 dollar increase
