I use Zillow for payments. They are completely free, but it does take about 6 days for Zillow to put the money in your account. I don't think they allow any partial payment option. They have a lot of rules. They also don't allow early pay, only within 10 days of due date.

It's also nice because it makes a nice record for me and everybody gets a receipt automatically.
