I purchased a mobile home(single wide trailer) in the country on approximately 3.5 acres of land. I am having a hard time finding any mobile homes for rent that do not also have a "lot rent" attached to them.
Mine will not have a lot rent because I own the lot. I am having a hard time trying to figure out how much to charge for rent. The average house in the area rent for about 1800 and the average apartments rent for 1000-1300. This property has a well and septic so they do not have a monthly water/sewage bill. How much would you charge to rent the mobile home that has been completely renovated and why?
