I never understand why every tenant who has roaches expects the landlord to call an exterminator when it is possible to buy a can of spray from Walmart. It is not the landlords job to delouse your rental, nor is it their job to buy you a can of air freshener when your place stinks.

You can be rude all you want. It was a simple question. Not a demand from my landlord. Simple sprays do not work. You are an possibly uninformed. I am dealing with a large corporation, not a single landlord.

I rent and I expect other tenants around me to keep their places as clean as I do. My landlords let scumbags move in and that's the way it is. It is not my fault that they have started to accept less than desirable people to live here.

Broken windows, missing skirting, several strays running around, kids and adults around here thinking it's o.k. to act "trailer park" just because they live in one. You would probably say this is my job to fix too.

So what's your problem Anonymous? Is it that mommy didn't love you enough and daddy loved you too much? You need a hug or something?

What's my problem? Maybe I was raised in a trailer park by a welfare queen with roaches.

Great comeback! Sick burn on me.

Not all of us are welfare queens just because we live in a trailer park. I work, pay my rent, I don't disturb my neighbors and I keep up on my double and the lawn as stated on my rental agreement. I am the kind of renter that most landlords would like to have.

Since it isn't on my lease on who has to pay for the exterminator, I got on my pc trying to figure out who is responsible for what. I won't sit back and let roaches take over like some tenants do. I will fix it if I have to. If I felt I was at fault for bringing in the cock roach I would take care of it and would have never called the office about it. I truly believe Sunhomes is at fault for letting the types of people get approved in here lately.
