does anyone have a good general clause for inclusion in a residental lease providing for future completion by tenant of an ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE / STATEMENT and/or a CONFIRMATION OF LEASE TERM / TERMS ?

hi,....it's the OP again. I don't want samples of ACTUAL STATEMENTS or CERTIFICATES,....what I want is a broad form CLAUSE requiring the tenant to cooperate and execute any FUTURE DOCUMENT that a lender, buyer, insurer, etc. might require.

A basic lease clause sample;

Estoppel Certificates. From time to time, either Landlord or Tenant shall furnish, within ten (10) business days after request therefor, a signed certificate confirming and containing such factual certifications and representations as to this Lease as the requesting party may reasonably request.
