"Maybe the husband assaulted someone else (coworker, random person), arrested" The OP would have stated to remove a tenant instead of referring to "remove a tenants spouse".
"We don't know that the female tenant informed anyone of anything. Maybe a neighbor informed the LL that a police call was made to the unit". So what does that have to do with anything? The landlord has learn of the violence by a spouse and needs to act.
Again you are just making up stuff that has nothing to do with the OP's post! Have you even considered it might be the wife who is the abuser and the husband the victim? NO? You seem to just respond with stupid remarks that have nothing to offer.
