Do you guys allow or take deposit on reptile or fish? We only take deposit on dogs, cats and ferrets in the past.

I would not take a deposit, but a one time fee, and require the tenant to maintain renters insurance.

Yes, get a fee, not a deposit. Make sure to require insurance and limit number of reptiles and size of fish tank.

I charge a pet fee not a deposit. I don't allow fish tank due to possible water damage. I had water damage and the clean up is not pretty and collecting above the deposit is not pleasant.
