Yep. Go there yourself with a pair of gloves, a plunger, and a basic snake tool.
Once they get you doing your thing to unclog, they won't want to have you there again...but...too bad.
Secondarily, you can add a new condition in your rental agreement with 60 days notice...plugged drains...charge tenant the plumber's charge.

No - you cant force a new agreement on an existing lease. You must wait until renewal.

Then include a good clause on who pays for plumbing repairs - basically the tenant until the plumber says it was a main line issue with root or such.

also put in if you want that you will clear plumbing for $45.hr.
