Swimming Pool: Allow or Not?

I have a Single Family Home and my tenants want to install their own above-the-ground swimming pool. Should I allow this or not? ….. If yes, should I also have them add it to their rental insurance plan?

swimming pools are an ''attractive nuisance'' neighborhood kids go in and drown owners get sued sewers win.....big
most codes require fencing if your tenants renters policy will cover their putting up a pool, and endorse it in writing,...and your LL policy will also afford coverage, in writing then you might OK it. if you wanted to.
Idon't recommend pools

As a Landlord, you should let them install a swimming pool only if they are willing to pay the additional insurance costs. If they don’t do that, you should keep a close eye on them and make sure they are installing it correctly. If not, then you should call in a professional swimming pool contractor and have it fixed. Adding a swimming pool can also increase their electricity and water cost, which you may be held responsible for if they are not careful. I’d also suggest that you have them add it to their existing Home Owner’s insurance policy. That way, you will have less worries and you can enjoy the pool too!
