I don't see accepted payment methods on the leases. I need that! Judge pointed it out to me. What is the best clause for payment methods? Which app do you accept and not accept?

I think the leases from here do have a payment method cash or check... they are pretty thorough that way. TBC... Cash , check, Zelle. I do not accept payment services that charge a service fee.(paypal/credit card/venmo/apple pay/google pay/ ...pop up rent collection services) ** important point: only use payment services that you can control and refund or stop a tenant from sending money to you. This is because if you are processing an eviction for non-payment; a digital deposit can void the lawsuit and you have to start over.
