I've been using erentpayment for a long time. They are bought out by RentRedi. It will be $10 a month more than I was paying. From $3 to $13. I know, not much if having multiple properties but I only have one. Do you have any recommendations for low cost rent payment service that has ability to block partial payments? I only use that part and take care of other management duties myself.

I just have them pay me direct via Zelle, Venmo or CashApp and deal with the partial payments at the time to let them know they are still late. I've stopped using Paypal after 16 years due to them holding payments for no good reason.

I use Zillow for payments. They are completely free, but it does take about 6 days for Zillow to put the money in your account. I don't think they allow any partial payment option. They have a lot of rules. They also don't allow early pay, only within 10 days of due date. It's also nice because it makes a nice record for me and everybody gets a receipt automatically.
