unauthorized tenants

A month to month rental agreement was signed between a restaurant owner and me for her employees to occupy apt.
Rental agreement said maximum number of occupants allowed in this 5br apt is nine(9) people. I noticed two more people were added. Total number of people occupying apt is eleven(11) The rent was 975 and It was increased a month ago t0 985.00 due to tax increased.
I have 2 concerns the tear and wear will be greater due to more people living in apt and sanitary condition is in doubt. I need the income from that rent but I need to refrain the unauthorized number of tenants.
How would you handle this issue? Should I request another rent increase because there more occupants and more damage to apt may occur? Please advise me.

Why are all these employees being stacked in one apartment? Are these illegal aliens?
