Just wondering what are the pro and con of Hanging Thermal curtain in a rental unit?

Have you as landlord have the crommet thermal curtain installed in your rental unit?

Just planning to do that but I do not know if it pay off at the end.Winter is very crude and a lot of money is spent in gas for heating.
please advise.5n

What do other rental properties in your area do for window coverings? Do you pay the heating bill or do the tenants? If you are planning to install them, what do you hope to achieve by doing so?
